Aufgaben:

• Sie bearbeiten neue IT-Konzepte und unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT-Strategie - In enger Abstimmung mit dem globalen IT-Managementteam arbeiten Sie an der Definition, Planung und Umsetzung von Konzepten und strategischen Themen - Sie übernehmen die Konzeption, Durchführung und Dokumentation entsprechender Formate (z.B. Workshops) und stellen die Koordination der erforderlichen Stakeholder sicher - Sie leiten strategische, konzeptionelle Initiativen & Projekte (z.B. zu Prozessverbesserungen, organisationale Transformation) - Sie bereiten Managementmeetings & Entscheidungsgremien vor und halten getroffenen Entscheidungen nach - Sie sind für die Erarbeitung und Visualisierung komplexer Sachverhalte für das IT-Management verantwortlich

Qualifikationen:

• Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes relevantes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ähnlichem oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung - Sie verfügen über 3–5-jährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen - IT-Strategie, Inhouse Consulting, oder Strategieberatung - Sie haben Prozessverständnis entlang der IT-Wertschöpfungskette - Nachweisbare Leitung von bereichsübergreifenden Transformationsprogrammen - Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Stakeholdern über alle Managementebenen - Sie arbeiten agil und ergebnisorientiert und besitzen die nötige Durchsetzungsstärke - Sie haben sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in M365 (insbes. PowerPoint, Excel und Teams) - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
