To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-14) Specialized experience is defined as: Experience in orchestrating enterprise-level IT operations and multi-million dollar investment portfolios AND Experience in enterprise-wide modernization programs AND Experience in translating capability gaps into strategic acquisitions and championing secure cloud and service management frameworks AND Experience in empowering multidisciplinary teams to deliver highly available mission capabilities on schedule and within budget. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Compliance Leadership Program Management Systems Evaluation About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the National Ground Intelligence Center, Information Technology Directorate, IT Business Division, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
