Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die dimensionelle Qualität in einem hochpräzisen Fertigungsumfeld – von der KMG-Programmentwicklung bis zur messtechnischen Gesamtstrategie. An der Schnittstelle von Messtechnik, Fertigungstechnik und Lieferantenqualität stellst du sicher, dass komplexe High-Tech-Komponenten engste geometrische Toleranzen einhalten. Du überführst CAD-basierte Prüfkonzepte in robuste, automatisierte Messprogramme und treibst aktiv den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess in der Fertigung und entlang der Lieferkette voran.

Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest die Offline-Erstellung und Optimierung von KMG-Messprogrammen (Mitutoyo) auf Basis von CAD-Modellen.
• Du führst taktile und scannende 3D-Messungen durch und stellst sicher, dass Operateure diese Messungen fachgerecht und eigenständig ausführen können.
• Du begleitest Abweichungs- und Verbesserungsprozesse und gibst Mess- sowie Prozessunterstützung in der eigenen Fertigung und bei Lieferanten.
• Du förderst Teamarbeit und Erfahrungsaustausch in der Mess- und Fertigungstechnik über alle Bereiche hinweg.
• Du unterstützt bei der Neuprodukteinführung, erstellst produktspezifische Fertigungsprüfpläne und führst Erstmessungen durch.
• Du wendest statistische Methoden (SPC) mithilfe geeigneter Tools und Software (Q-DAS) an, um Fertigungsprozesse zu steuern und kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Koordinatenmesstechnik und KMG-Programmierung, idealerweise auf Mitutoyo-Systemen, einschließlich optischer Prüfsysteme
• Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen mit Form- und Lagetoleranzen (GD&T)
• Technische Grundausbildung und Praxiserfahrung in der Zerspanung sowie Materialkenntnisse, insbesondere Aluminium und Chromstahl
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Mathematik, darstellender Geometrie und räumlichem Vorstellungsvermögen
• Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Messnormen; Weiterbildung im Bereich ISO GPS von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit; sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntniss
• Hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit sowie fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung von KMG-Operateuren
• Erfahrung im Bereich Model Based Definition (MBD) von Vorteil
