MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (MTQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the mandatory technical qualification listed below. MANDATORY TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: MTQ 1 - Demonstrated experience in directing and leading procurement operations, and providing strategic enterprise leadership; including assessing the health of the organization, evaluating and measuring performance, formulating objectives and priorities, enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and implementing plans to meet the acquisition requirements of an Agency. In addition, demonstrated experience in developing and refining a wide variety of acquisition strategies for a complex procurement portfolio in collaboration with the highest levels of acquisition leadership across a large, functionally diverse enterprise to include leading and managing complex multi-billion acquisitions; establishing, evaluating, and measuring performance, program control and compliance of the acquisitions. MTQ 2 - Demonstrated experience working with senior Executive Branch officials; members of Congress; or other national-level groups to develop and implement procurement policies. MTQ 3 - Experience leading and managing a procurement staff or large organization. This position is in the Senior Executive Service (SES). Veteran's preference does not apply to the SES.
