About This Role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a subject matter expert on matters relating to operations, maintenance, and/or safety of aircraft; 2) Executing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, develop Program Objective Memorandums; Developing/maintaining plans; 3) Identify funding shortfalls, assess impacts and implement mitigation strategies; 4) Executing Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) funds responsible for ensuring test pilot readiness, aircraft, and support equipment sustainment, in support of test execution supporting the POM; 5) Expert Knowledge of U.S.C., Navy, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) statutes and policies related to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft operations associated with military and contracted civil aircraft conducting Public and State Aircraft operations in support of Title 10; 6) Leading a team of military, civilian and/or contractor workforce. Ability to supervise federal civilian employees.
