Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Du betreust eigenverantwortlich Deinen eigenen Mandantenstamm mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce und bist erster Ansprechpartner für steuerliche sowie unternehmerische Fragestellungen.
• Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse, entwickelst steuerliche Strategien und begleitest Deine Mandanten aktiv bei wichtigen Entscheidungen.
• Du erkennst Herausforderungen frühzeitig, denkst lösungsorientiert und entwickelst individuelle Handlungsempfehlungen für Deine Mandanten.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Prüfungs- und Behördenprozessen, z. B. bei Betriebsprüfungen oder der Prüfung von Bescheiden.
• Du arbeitest als echter Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe, berätst unternehmerisch und trägst dazu bei, Mandanten langfristig weiterzuentwickeln.

• Du hast Dein Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen, damit Du Mandanten fachlich sicher begleiten und eigenverantwortlich beraten kannst.
• Du arbeitest sicher mit DATEV, weil digitale Prozesse und effizientes Arbeiten bei uns zum Alltag gehören.
• Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, da Du eigene Mandanten betreust und Entscheidungen mitgestaltest statt nur umzusetzen.
• Du bringst Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft mit, weil wir Menschen suchen, die wachsen möchten und aktiv etwas bewegen wollen.
• Du denkst unternehmerisch und handelst eigeninitiativ, um Mandanten nicht nur steuerlich, sondern auch strategisch bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
