Unser Standort in Leipzig ist dabei mehr als ein Büro: Hier treffen kurze Wege auf echtes Miteinander. Du arbeitest in einem modernen, digitalen Umfeld mit 3–4 Kolleg:innen, bei denen Eigenverantwortung kein Versprechen ist, sondern gelebter Alltag.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine zuverlässige Verstärkung in Teilzeit (25–32 Std./Woche) für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung.

Aufgaben

• laufende Geschäftsvorfälle buchen — Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten
• Mitarbeit in der Anlagenbuchführung
• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen und Bankbuchungen
• aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Buchhaltungs- und Automatisierungsprozesse

Qualifikation

• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Konzernkontext
• sicherer Umgang mit DATEV (Mittelstand Faktura oder Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen)
• gute MS-365-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
• selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an modernen Prozessen
