STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

Zur Unterstützung unseres Bereichs Kommunikation suchen wir ab sofort für die Bundesgeschäftsstelle in Berlin befristet auf 2 Jahre, mit 20 Wochenstunden, eine

Social Media-Redakteur*in/-Community Manager*in (m/w/d).

IHRE AUFGABEN:

Sie betreuen die Social-Media-Accounts der DPtV in enger Abstimmung mit dem Bundesvorstand und dem Bereich Kommunikation. Dabei erstellen Sie eigenständig Content und moderieren die jeweiligen Communitys:

1. Content-Erstellung und Social Media Management

• Live-Begleitung von Veranstaltungen aus der Ferne auf Basis von zugeliefertem Material
• Sichtung, Auswahl und Bearbeitung von Fotos und Videos
• Erstellung von Beiträgen inklusive Text, Bild und ggf. Kurzvideo
• Veröffentlichung und Timing von Posts auf relevanten Plattformen
• Entwicklung von Storytelling-Ansätzen zur besseren Sichtbarkeit unserer Arbeit

2. Veranstaltungsbegleitung

• Digitale Begleitung von Demonstrationen und gelegentlich Veranstaltungen am Wochenende
• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation rund um Events
• Aufbereitung von Inhalten zu Themen wie Demo-Betreuung, Podien, Verbandsarbeit, Mitgliederkommunikation

3. Zusammenarbeit mit Gremien

• Enge Abstimmung mit dem Bundesvorstand und dem Bereich Kommunikation
• Unterstützung der digitalen Kommunikation weiterer Gremien, insbesondere DV und ggf. weiterer Strukturen
• Koordination von Content-Zulieferungen aus verschiedenen Ebenen

4. Redaktion und Aufbereitung

• Zusammenfassen komplexer Inhalte in verständliche Social-Media-Formate
• Texten zielgruppengerechter Beiträge
• Unterstützung bei Kampagnen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Reichweitenaufbau

5. Videobearbeitung

• Schnitt von kurzen Videoformaten, insbesondere für Veranstaltungen, Symposien und Kampagnen
• Aufbereitung von Rohmaterial zu publikationsfähigen Clips

6. Community Management

• Moderation der Social-Media-Accounts bei Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
• ggf. Moderation von Messenger-Gruppen

IHR PROFIL:

• Erfahrung im Social Media Management, idealerweise im politischen oder verbandlichen Kontext
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Plattformen wie Instagram, X, TikTok oder vergleichbaren Kanälen
• Fähigkeit, Inhalte schnell zu erfassen und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
• Erfahrung in Bildbearbeitung und einfachem Videoschnitt
• Gespür für politische Kommunikation, Tonalität und Timing
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit und gute Erreichbarkeit bei laufenden Veranstaltungen
• Sie arbeiten selbstständig, serviceorientiert und behalten auch bei parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
• Sie identifizieren sich mit den Zielen und Aufgaben der DPtV. Wünschenswert:
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Canva, Adobe, CapCut oder ähnlichen Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in Kampagnenplanung und Reichweitenaufbau
  • Grundverständnis von Verbandsstrukturen oder politischer Arbeit
