Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung unterschiedlicher Projekte im Channel- und Community-Management, Social-Media-Kampagnen und in der Content-Produktion
- Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte und Strategien für Markenkanäle und Social-Media-Kampagnen
- Beratung und Erwartungsmanagement des gesamten Projektteams bei Briefings und Timelines
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial-Team, um die Beziehung zu unseren Kunden zu stärken und passende Angebote zu entwickeln
Dein Profil
- Du bringst starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit und hast Freude an der Koordination von Projekten und Teams
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im (Social Media) Marketing, Paid Ads sowie in der Umsetzung digitaler Multiplattform-Kampagnen
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert, strukturiert, selbstständig und proaktiv, mit exzellenten organisatorischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mit deinem diplomatischen Geschick, hoher emotionaler Intelligenz und einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein überzeugst Du Stakeholder und Team gleichermaßen
