Damit unsere Vision noch mehr Menschen erreicht, suchen wir ab sofort eine/n kreative/n und trendbewusste/n Social Media Manager:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, die/der mit Herz, Strategie und einem guten Gespür für Content und Community unsere Kanäle betreut und ausbaut.

Aufgaben

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Du planst, erstellst und postest Inhalte für alle unsere Social Media Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube)
• Du konzipierst & drehst gemeinsam mit unserer Geschäftsleitung vor Ort in Landsberg am Lech Reels und Story-Formate – inkl. Schnitt und Upload
• Du pflegst unsere Community: beantwortest Fragen, moderierst Kommentare und stärkst den Dialog mit unseren Follower:innen
• Du baust unsere Kanäle aktiv aus – strategisch, datenbasiert und mit kreativen Ideen
• Du kümmerst dich um unsere Podcastgäste und sorgst dafür, dass unser Podcast bekannter wird.
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Marketingteam Kampagnen, Landingpages und Aktionen für Launches und Events
• Du nutzt Tools wie Canva, CapCut, Manychat oder Meta Business Suite sicher
• Du bleibst am Puls der Zeit: Trends, Hashtags, neue Formate – du kennst sie zuerst
• Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und hast Freude daran, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Bereich, idealerweise im Bildungs-, Coaching- oder Familienkontext
• Du bist kreativ, denkst visuell und liebst es, Geschichten zu erzählen
• Du weißt, wie man Reichweite aufbaut und Menschen emotional anspricht
• Du kannst mit Zahlen und KPIs umgehen, um Inhalte zu verbessern
• Du bist strukturiert, organisiert und hast Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
• Du bist mit Reels, Storys, Podcast & Community-Arbeit bestens vertraut
• Du bist grafisch fit, kannst Videos schneiden und bist bereit, auch KI zu nutzen.
