Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst die Template-Welt für eine oder mehrere Sportarten – von der Konzeption bis zur fertigen Vorlage
• Du stehst direkt im Austausch mit unseren Vereinen – von Bundesliga bis Kreisklasse – und übersetzt deren Bedürfnisse in starke Templates
• Du gestaltest direkt in unserem eigenen Design-Tool (intuitiv, Onboarding in 1–2 Stunden)
• Du entwickelst eigene Ideen, was Vereine in deiner Sportart wirklich brauchen – und setzt sie um, ohne dass wir dich an die Hand nehmen müssen
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Founder-Team zusammen und bringst dein Sport- und Vereinsverständnis aktiv ein

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Marketing oder Kommunikation
• Vereinszugehörigkeit – aktiv oder ehemalig. Egal ob Spieler:in, Trainer:in, Vorstand oder Betreuer:in: Du kennst Vereinskultur aus erster Hand und weißt, was einen guten Spieltags-Post von einem mittelmäßigen unterscheidet
• Sicheres Gespür für Social-Media-Design, das im Sportkontext funktioniert
  Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du brauchst keine Mikro-Steuerung, sondern bringst eigene Ideen ein
• Kommunikationsstärke im direkten Austausch mit Vereinen unterschiedlicher Größenordnung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für digitale Tools
• Verlässlichkeit bei Lieferterminen und Absprachen
