Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Content Creator (m/w/d) in Vollzeit der/die coole Videos für unsere Social Media Kanäle und Website-Trailer filmt und schneidet.

Aufgaben

📹 DEINE ROLLE ALS CONTENT CREATOR*IN

• Content Creation: Du konzipierst und produzierst Content für unsere Social Media Kanäle. Dabei stehst du selbst vor der Kamera, besuchst regelmäßig unsere Kurse und fängst echte Erlebnisse authentisch ein.
• Content Editing: Du bearbeitest Bild- & Videomaterial eigenständig (z.B. in CapCut oder Premiere) und bereitest es für verschiedene Formate wie Posts, Reels oder Stories auf – inklusive passender Captions.
• Storytelling: Du entwickelst mit uns kreative Konzepte, die unsere Marke emotional erlebbar machen und zum Teilen anregen.
• Content Planning: Du unterstützt bei der Planung unseres Content-Kalenders, beobachtest Trends und entwickelst neue, zielgruppenspezifische Ideen.
• Community Management: Du unterstützt beim Management unserer Social Media Accounts und gehst aktiv mit unserer Community in den Austausch.

Qualifikation

🎨 DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Social Media Expertise: Du bringst idealerweise 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media & Content Creation mit und kennst dich auf Instagram, TikTok & Co. bestens aus.
• Souverän vor der Kamera: Du bist offen, extrovertiert und gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu. Interviews zu führen oder spontan mit Teilnehmer*innen zu sprechen fällt dir leicht.
• Content Creation & Editing: Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bild- und Videomaterial.
• Analytisches Denken: Du nutzt Daten zur Performance-Analyse und optimierst Inhalte kontinuierlich.
