Aufgaben

• Du bist eine neues Gesicht für unserer Kanäle – souverän vor der Kamera, authentisch und mit Persönlichkeit.
• Du entwickelst eigenständig Ideen für Short Videos auf Instagram, TikTok und YouTube Shorts – von der Konzeption bis zur Veröffentlichung.
• Du übernimmst die komplette Videoproduktion: Dreh, Schnitt und Nachbearbeitung mit professionellen Tools.
• Du behältst aktuelle News und Entwicklungen im Automobilbereich sowie Formate und Plattform-Algorithmen im Blick und weißt, wie du sie für uns nutzen kannst.
• Du baust gemeinsam mit uns eine Community rund ums Thema Auto auf – und verstehst, was unsere Zielgruppe wirklich interessiert.
• Du analysierst die Performance deiner Inhalte und ziehst daraus Schlüsse für die nächste Idee.

Qualifikation

• Nachweisbare Social-Media-Erfahrung – ob durch eigene Kanäle, Freelance-Projekte oder eine Festanstellung. Ein Portfolio oder Arbeitsbeispiele sind ein großes Plus.
• Du trittst souverän vor der Kamera auf und kannst frei und überzeugend sprechen
• Du beherrschst professionelle Videoschnittprogramme (z. B. DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, CapCut Pro o. Ä.) sicher.
• Dein Deutsch ist ausgezeichnet – schriftlich wie mündlich.
• Du hast ein echtes Interesse am Automobilmarkt: Neue Modelle, Technologietrends, Elektromobilität – all das macht dich neugierig (und im besten Fall richtig heiß).
• Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert – du brauchst keinen, der dir täglich sagt, was zu tun ist.
