Customer Service - skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant promotes or develops and maintains good working relationships with key individuals or groups. Oral Communication - This skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant serves on panels, committees, or task forces as a representative for the organization on technical or professional issues. Problem Solving - This skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant monitors current trends or events (for example, technological, economic, political, social, educational, or employment trends or events) and applies the information as appropriate. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is: ● Developing and applying IT policies, standards, and/or enterprise architecture frameworks to support a large organization; ● Providing expert technical guidance and recommendations to senior management, executives, or external stakeholders on complex or controversial technology issues, leading to the acceptance of sensitive technical recommendations or policy compliance; ● Guiding cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical subject matter experts in the development and presentation of high-quality technical documents, IT strategic plans, and/or analytical reports; AND ● Managing or overseeing IT programs or initiatives with an organization-wide scope and substantial impact on multiple levels, involving complex joint organization initiatives and significant resource expenditures. As a Senior Tech Advisor, you will develop government-wide standards for requirements for Enterprise –Architecture (ENTARCH) for Information Technology (IT) products and/or services, develop strategies to manage the concentrated risk and engage with strategic industry partners.
