Aufgaben

• Fachliche Beratung im Rahmen unseres ServiceNow Sovereign Partner Cloud Angebots in Kombination mit dem bestehenden Produkt- und Technologieportfolio
• Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Abstimmung dieser mit ServiceNow bzw. dem ServiceNow-Implementierungspartner des Kunden
• Beratung bzgl. der benötigten Servicenow-Lizenzen
• Enge Kooperation mit unserem technik-affinen Account Management sowie Teilnahme an Kundenterminen
  und -gesprächen
• Ausgestaltung von Konzepten und technischen Lösungsdesigns in Angeboten und Ausschreibungsbeantwortungen
• Weiterentwicklung des Servicenow-Hosting-Portfolios in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und Partnern
• Erstellung von vertriebsunterstützenden Unterlagen und Präsentationen
• Prüfen von Innovationen und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen für das Produktmanagement

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene berufsbegleitende Fachausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ServiceNow Implementierung, Architektur oder technischer Beratung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem ServiceNow Modul (z. B. ITSM, ITOM, SecOps) und Verständnis der Plattformarchitektur
• Starkes Interesse an der effizienten Verzahnung von IT und Business-Prozessen
• Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und zu strukturieren, um sie in einfacher Weise darzustellen
• Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
• Präsentations-Skills und sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Maß an Engagement sowie hohe Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft auch hinsichtlich weiterführender Themengebiete
