Deine Position

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Produkteinführung und Market Entry – von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
• Koordination cross-funktionaler Teams (Produkt, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations) zur Sicherstellung von Timelines und Deliverables
• Du baust starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern auf und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten auf gemeinsame Ziele hinarbeiten
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte aus dem CEO-Office
• Aufbau und Pflege von Projektstrukturen, Roadmaps und Reportings für die Geschäftsführung
• Identifikation und proaktive Bearbeitung von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten in laufenden Projekten

Dein Profil

• 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Produktmanagement, Produkteinführungen oder Unternehmensentwicklung
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, cross-funktionaler Projekte
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – schriftlich wie mündlich – auf Deutsch und Englisch
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Komfort in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Umfeld idealerweise Erfahrung im direkten Arbeiten mit Gründern oder in einer Startup-/Scale-up Umgebung
• Idealerweise wohnst du in Berlin. Alternativ ist auch Hamburg als Standort für uns gut vorstellbar.
