Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Konzeption der fachlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen in den Schwerpunkten Meldewesen (BAIS), Rechnungswesen (HGB, Bilanzreporting, SAP-Bewertungsthemen, Kostenrechnung, Bankplanung), Fördergeschäft sowie im Kreditbereich (Kreditrisikoanalyse, Rating, Adressenausfallrisiko)
• Erstellung von Konzepten bezüglich fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen, insbesondere für den Abgleich der Leistungsverrechnungskonten im Zusammenhang mit zukünftigen Debitoren und Kreditoren
• Durchführung von Tests der umgesetzten Anforderungen sowie Dokumentation der Testergebnisse
• Dokumentation der relevanten definierten Prozesse
• Wissenstransfer an interne Mitarbeiter sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops

Muss-Anforderungen

• Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld
• Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Projekterfahrung, inklusive Konzeption, Dokumentation, Test, Protokollierung und Berichtserstattung
• Mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Abschlusserstellung nach HGB (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse) unter Einsatz von SAP
• Sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Meldewesen, Risikocontrolling, Rechnungswesen, Backoffice (Operations), Fördergeschäft oder Kredit
• Sehr gute fachliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Systeme: SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, BP), SAP AFI/FPSL, SAP FRDP, FSDP/FSDM, SAP CML/CMS oder BAIS
• Fundiertes SAP Know-how zur Projektunterstützung

Kann-Anforderungen

• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in bilanziellen Bewertungsthemen wie Impairment, Fair Value-Bestimmung und Hedge Accounting unter SAP
• Erfahrung im Bereich Programmkredite und Fördergeschäft
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und im Wissenstransfer an interne Mitarbeiter
• Kenntnisse in der Konzeption des Abgleichs von Leistungsverrechnungskonten (Debitoren/Kreditoren)
