Als Senior R&D Project Owner (m/f/d) treibst du innovative Technologieprojekte an der Schnittstelle von Industrial IoT, AI und Automotive voran. Du verantwortest anspruchsvolle Entwicklungsprojekte - von agentic AI-Systemen und modernen In-Vehicle UX-Konzepten bis hin zu Embedded-Lösungen für intelligente Umfelderkennung im gesamten Mobility-Sektor (On- & Off-Highway). Gemeinsam mit führenden Industriepartnern wie BMW, Mercedes-Benz oder Knorr-Bremse bringst du Zukunftstechnologien auf die Straße.

Aufgaben

• Analyse der Ideen, Problemstellungen und der Product Landscape unserer Kunden gemeinsam mit unseren Engineering Teams sowie Research und Übersetzung dieser in konkrete technische Lösungen (PoC, Prototype, MVP) und Produktvisionen
• Planung und Strukturierung von agilen Projekten mit klarem Fokus auf Output und Kundenziele, Design-Sprints und iterative Entwicklung, Erstellung von User Stories, Schätzung der Aufwände mit deinen Teams sowie Controlling der wichtigsten Projekt-KPIs
• Einsatz von KI-Tools zur schnellen Validierung von Ideen: Vom Prototypenbau in kurzen Zyklen über das Testing bis hin zur Transition in echte, stabile Production-Systeme
• Moderation der internen und externen Projekt Meetings (z.B. Sprint Reviews), Analyse, was das jeweils Beste für die Produkte ist und Management dieser Anforderungen mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern
• Aktive Rolle im Sales: Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, eigenständige Betreuung bestehender Accounts und Unterstützung beim Gewinnen neuer Projekte
• Motivation der Teams, das Stellen der entscheidenden Fragen und Einbezug der relevanten Ansprechpersonen für die entsprechenden technischen oder Produkt-Entscheidungen

Qualifikation

• 4+ Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einem projekt-basierten Unternehmensumfeld sowie eigene Entwicklungserfahrung in Engineering Projekten
• Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering oder vergleichbar und Erfahrung mit Innovationsprojekten
• Fundierte Erfahrung in einem agilen Setup samt der methodischen Gestaltung von agilen Entwicklungsprozessen mit Fokus auf Ergebnissen, Erfahrung im Übergang von schnellen Prototypen zu stabilen Production-Systemen sowie in Test-, Integrations- und Release-Prozessen
• Aktive und effiziente Nutzung von AI-Tools, u.a. im Entwicklungsprozess, Kundenkontakt und Sales sowie Interesse daran Neues auszuprobieren
• Ausgeprägte analytische und Research-Fähigkeiten, eine sehr eigenständige und strukturierte, motivierende Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit nach Bedarf zwischen dem 80/20 Arbeitsmodus und einem sorgfältigen/detaillierten Mindset zu switchen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
