Bist du leidenschaftlich darin, Marken aufzubauen und Geschichten zu erzählen, die wirklich ankommen? Werde Teil unseres DACH-Teams in Berlin als Senior PR- & Corporate-Communications-Manager (m/w/d) und gestalte unsere integrierte Kommunikationsstrategie über Lifestyle- und Corporate-Medien hinweg. Du entwickelst überzeugende Narrative rund um unser Business, Nachhaltigkeit und Growth, steuerst wirkungsvolle Produkt-PR und positionierst unsere Marke in den relevanten Gesprächen. Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

• Integrierte Medienstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer 360-Grad-PR-Strategie für B2C-Lifestyle-Medien (Food, Gesundheit, Lifestyle) sowie Corporate-/Wirtschaftsmedien (Tech, Retail, Finanzen).
• Corporate Storytelling: Entwicklung von Narrativen rund um unser Geschäftsmodell, unsere Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen und unsere internationale Expansion, um KoRo als führenden Anbieter im D2C- und Handelsumfeld zu positionieren.
• Lifestyle- & Produkt-PR: Verantwortung für Produktlaunches und saisonale Kampagnen, Sicherstellung von reichweitenstarken Platzierungen in Konsumentenmedien sowie Pflege der Beziehungen zu wichtigen Medienpartnern.
• LinkedIn & Thought Leadership: Verantwortung für die LinkedIn-Präsenz von KoRo. Du betreust das Unternehmensprofil strategisch und berätst Gründer:innen und C-Level, indem du Thought-Leadership-Inhalte erstellst, die Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und zum Teilen anregen.
• Krisen- & Reputationsmanagement: Erste Ansprechperson für Medienanfragen. Du bleibst auch in kritischen Situationen souverän, transparent und proaktiv.
• Netzwerkaufbau: Aufbau, Pflege und Ausbau eines starken Netzwerks aus Journalist:innen, Influencer:innen und Branchenexpert:innen in der DACH-Region sowie in wichtigen internationalen Märkten.
• Agentursteuerung & -management: Hauptansprechperson für externe PR-Agenturen (Lifestyle/Consumer sowie Corporate/Business). Du briefst sie, hinterfragst ihre Strategien und stellst sicher, dass sie hochwertige Ergebnisse im Einklang mit dem KoRo-Tone-of-Voice liefern.
• Interne Abstimmung: Strategische:r Partner:in für Management, Produktmanagement, Nachhaltigkeits- und Marketingteams. Du übersetzt interne Meilensteine in überzeugende externe Geschichten und sorgst dafür, dass alle Abteilungen konsistent kommunizieren.

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in PR, Unternehmenskommunikation oder Markenkommunikation, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Umfeld
• Starkes, etabliertes Netzwerk in der deutschen (idealerweise auch europäischen) Medienlandschaft – sowohl im Lifestyle- als auch im Wirtschaftsbereich
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von B2C-Storytelling sowie Corporate- und Finanzkommunikation
• Hervorragende Schreib- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Erfahrung in der Betreuung oder maßgeblichen Mitgestaltung von LinkedIn- und/oder Corporate-Social-Media-Strategien
• Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer hands-on, umsetzungsstarken Arbeitsweise
• Souveränes Auftreten und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Senior Stakeholdern
• Wohnsitz in Berlin oder Umgebung bzw. Bereitschaft zum Umzug
