Aufgaben

Du steuerst bezahlte Kampagnen über Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn oder andere Kanäle - aber dein Anspruch geht über „Kampagne aufsetzen und optimieren" hinaus. Du denkst in Funnels, testest systematisch und nutzt KI, um Creatives, Audiences und Bidding-Strategien auf ein Level zu bringen, das manuell nicht erreichbar wäre.

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Performance Marketing / Paid Media (Agentur oder In-house)
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Google Ads und/oder Meta Ads, idealerweise weiteren Plattformen
• Analytisches Denken - du arbeitest datengetrieben und kannst Ergebnisse interpretieren und kommunizieren
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung oder starke Affinität im Umgang mit KI-Tools für Creative-Erstellung, Reporting, Analyse oder Kampagnensteuerung
• Du hast eigene Workflows automatisiert oder bist hungrig darauf
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch
