Zur Verstärkung suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior M&A Manager (m/w/d) mit Verantwortung für Deals und den Ausbau unserer Investorenplattform.

Aufgaben

• Leitung von Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-M&A-Transaktionen im Technologiebereich (Hardware/Software)
• Steuerung des gesamten Deal-Prozesses bis zum Closing
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Deal-Strategien mit dem Partner-Team
• Aufbau und Pflege von Investoren-, PE- und Buyer-Netzwerken
• Durchführung von Valuation, Financial Modeling und Deal-Strukturierung
• Management von Due-Diligence-Prozessen
• Führung und Entwicklung von Analysts und Associates
• Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmern und C-Level-Entscheidern

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Accounting oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im M&A, Investment Banking oder Corporate Finance
• Nachweisbare Deal-Erfahrung auf Buy- und/oder Sell-Side
• Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Investoren, PE-Fonds oder strategischen Käufern
• Erste Führungserfahrung im Team-Umfeld (Analysts/Associates)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Financial Modeling, Valuation und Deal-Strukturierung
• Unternehmerisches Mindset, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Drive
• Stark in Kommunikation, Verhandlung und C-Level-Interaktion
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
