Aufgaben

• System Ownership: Du übernimmst die fachliche und technische Verantwortung für unsere CAD-, PLM- und angrenzenden CAM-Anwendungen (inklusive Schnittstellen) und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung voran.
• Consulting & Anforderungsmanagement: Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Fachbereiche analysierst du Business-Anforderungen, bewertest deren Machbarkeit und übersetzt sie in smarte, tragfähige IT-Lösungen.
• Projekt- & Release-Management: Von der Planung bis zum Rollout – du steuerst Changes, Upgrades und Wartungsvorhaben gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern und führst die nötigen Funktions- sowie Integrationstests durch.
• Support & Steuerung: Du steuerst den 2nd-Level-Support und stellst die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st-Level, dem 3rd-Level-Support sowie externen Dienstleistern und Systemherstellern sicher.
• Harmonisierung: Du gestaltest die Standardisierung unserer Prozesse aktiv mit und harmonisierst die Systemanforderungen unterschiedlicher Standorte und Abteilungen.

Qualifikation

• Deine Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä.) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Praxis in der Applikationsbetreuung, IT-Systemadministration oder einer ähnlichen Rolle mit.
• Tech-Know-how: Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im CAD-/PLM-Umfeld (idealerweise in Systemen wie Creo, CATIA oder Windchill) – oder hast extrem starke technische Grundkenntnisse und die Motivation, dich schnell in diese Systeme einzuarbeiten.
• Skillset: Du verstehst es, komplexe Prozesse zu durchdringen, technische Dokumentationen zu erstellen und mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.
