Wir suchen einen

(Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (gn) für unser Product Growth Team, um eines der wichtigsten Ziele von sofatutor voranzutreiben: mehr Eltern zu Kund*innen zu machen, die uns vertrauen, ihre Kinder auf ihrem Lernweg zu begleiten. In dieser Rolle wird deine Arbeit einen direkten und messbaren Einfluss auf den Erfolg des Unternehmens haben. Indem du kluge, strategische A/B-Tests konzipierst und durchführst, hilfst du dabei, Akquise, Aktivierung und Bindung von Nutzer*innen über unsere abonnementbasierten Lernprodukte hinweg zu steigern. Du arbeitest eng mit Designer*innen, Entwickler*innen, Data Analysts und dem Senior Leadership zusammen, um Wachstumschancen mit hohem Potenzial zu identifizieren und Erkenntnisse in echte Ergebnisse zu verwandeln.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

• Definiere und implementiere Wachstumsexperimente über den gesamten Funnel hinweg – von der Hypothese bis zur Einführung und Bewertung.
• Sorge für eine klare Pipeline von Experimenten, basierend auf Wirkung, Aufwand und Lernwert.
• Arbeite eng mit Design, Entwicklung und relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen, um Testing-Konzepte in hochwertige Experimente zu übersetzen.
• Nutze Analytics, Nutzerforschung, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Best Practices, um Potenziale zu identifizieren und starke Hypothesen abzuleiten.
• Teile Ergebnisse, Insights und Learnings aus Experimenten transparent mit Team und Stakeholdern, um Alignment und kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu fördern.

Stellenanforderungen

Mindestens 2–4+ Jahre Erfahrung in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Website-Optimierung oder wachstumsorientierten Rollen.

• Nachweisliche Erfolge beim Design und der Durchführung von Experimenten, die zu messbaren Business-Resultaten geführt haben (z. B. höhere Conversion Rates, mehr Umsatz).
• Erfahrung in High-Velocity-Testing-Umfeldern sowie der Anspruch, die Experimentiergeschwindigkeit kontinuierlich zu erhöhen, ohne Qualität oder Lernwert zu verlieren.
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und praktische Erfahrung in der Interpretation quantitativer Daten mit Tools wie GA4, Amplitude oder Power BI.
• Starkes konzeptionelles Denken, mit der Fähigkeit, Experimente entlang strategischer Growth-Ziele zu strukturieren und zu priorisieren.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch, um Insights und Strategien klar an Stakeholder über Funktionen und Senioritätslevel hinweg zu vermitteln.
• Erfahrung mit A/B-Testing-Tools (z. B. Convert), sowie idealerweise mit zusätzlichen Research-/UX-Tools wie Hotjar.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich).
• Wünschenswert (kein Muss): Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, um Kundenbedürfnisse im DACH-Markt besser zu verstehen.
