Aufgaben

Als Senior Controller in Düsseldorf übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle im Management- und Investor-Reporting der EGC-Gruppe. Du arbeitest eng mit CFO, CEO und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und schaffst Transparenz für operative und strategische Entscheidungen.

Aufgaben:

• Reporting & Analysen: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monats- und Quartalsreportings für Management und Investoren sowie Durchführung von KPI-, Abweichungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
• Budget & Forecasting: Steuerung und Koordination des Budgetprozesses, Erstellung von Forecasts sowie Unterstützung bei Business Cases und Investitionsrechnungen
• Projekt- & Performance-Controlling: Monitoring strategischer Initiativen und Projekte, Analyse von Kostenstrukturen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
• Kostenmanagement & Datenanalyse: Weiterentwicklung von Kostenstellen- und Reporting-Strukturen sowie Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Datenbasis für Managemententscheidungen
• Management Support: Vorbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen und Präsentationen für CFO, Geschäftsführung und weitere Stakeholder
• Zusammenarbeit & Management Support: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Treasury, Einkauf und Geschäftsführung bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen
• ESG- & Investorenreporting: Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von ESG-Reporting-Strukturen sowie Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Investoren und Board-Meetings
• Ad-hoc-Analysen & Entscheidungsgrundlagen: Erstellung kurzfristiger Analysen und Management-Auswertungen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen und operativer Steuerungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation

• Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finance oder Reporting-Umfeld, erste Führungserfahrungen von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in wachstumsstarken Unternehmen oder PE-geprägten Strukturen von Vorteil
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Reporting, Forecasting, Budgetierung und KPI-Steuerung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, ERP-Systemen und idealerweise BI-Tools wie Power BI oder LucaNet
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlen- und Datenaffinität
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Management und Fachbereichen
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerische Denkweise und digitale Affinität
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
