Wir bauen den modernsten Schraubenhändler für den deutschen Mittelstand und das Backend dahinter ist unser Herzstück. Wir erweitern uns Tech Team um einen (Senior) Backend Engineer, der unsere APIs, Integrationen und AI-Workflows mit nach vorne bringt.

Du baust das Backend und die Integrations-Architektur, auf der unser AI-natives B2B-Commerce-Geschäft läuft. Von APIs über event-driven Architektur bis zur Integration von LLMs und ML-Modellen in produktive Workflows. Du denkst in Systemen, baust pragmatisch und weißt, wann MVP besser ist als Perfektion.

Wenn du in Architektur denkst, pragmatisch baust und Bock hast, Tech in einem AI-nativen Setup mitzugestalten, ist das hier dein nächster Schritt.

Aufgaben

Backend & APIs

• REST/GraphQL-APIs entwickeln (Python)
• Cloud Functions auf GCP bauen
• ERP-, CRM- und Lieferanten-APIs integrieren
• PostgreSQL / Firestore / BigQuery — Datenmodellierung und Performance-Optimierung

Event-driven Architecture & Automation

• Event-driven Systeme mit GCP Pub/Sub aufbauen
• Workflow-Orchestrierung mit n8n oder Airflow
• Robustes Error Handling, Retry-Logik und Monitoring

AI & LLM Integration

• LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, …) für Datenextraktion, Routing und Klassifizierung integrieren
• AI-Agenten für autonome Workflows bauen
• RAG-Workflows, Vector DBs, Prompt Engineering
• Guardrails und Fehlerbehandlung für Non-Determinismus

AI-assisted Development

• AI-Tools (Cursor, Claude Code) effektiv nutzen
• Best Practices für AI-assisted Development im Team etablieren
• Code-Reviews, Testing, CI/CD-Pipelines

Infrastructure

• CI/CD mit GitHub Actions / Cloud Build
• Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform
• Monitoring, Logging, Alerting

Qualifikation

• 5+ Jahre Backend-Entwicklung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python
• Erfahrung mit Serverless-Architekturen (Cloud Functions, AWS Lambda o. Ä.)
• Solides Verständnis von Event-driven Architecture (Pub/Sub, Message Queues, Events)
• Erfahrung mit SQL und relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL o. Ä.)
• Sicher im Umgang mit REST-APIs, Git und CI/CD-Pipelines
