Aufgaben

Was du bei uns machst (dein Impact)

• Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb und Arbeitsvorbereitung: Klärst Anforderungen, findest Lösungen, bringst Struktur rein.
• Du berätst unsere Kunden (Schreinereien/Tischlereien) technisch – pragmatisch, klar, auf Augenhöhe.
• Du setzt Kundenplanungen in CAD/CAM um und machst sie produktionstauglich.
• Du arbeitest systematisch mit unserer hauseigenen Planungssoftware / Onlineshop.
• Du erstellst Angebote & Auftragsbestätigungen und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund übergeben wird.
• Du steuerst die Fertigung mit: Datenqualität, Machbarkeit, Termine, reibungslose Abläufe.
• Du hältst Schulungen & Webinare, damit unsere Kunden schneller, besser und sicherer mit unseren Lösungen arbeiten.
• Du bringst dich bei Social Media ein: Ideen für Posts/Reels, kurze
  Praxis-Tipps, Behind-the-Scenes, Projekt-Highlights – authentisch statt
  Werbe-Blabla (gern zusammen mit Marketing).

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

• Abschluss als Schreinermeister*in oder Holztechniker*in (m/w/d)
• Erfahrung im Möbelbau – am liebsten da, wo’s nicht Standard von der Stange ist
• Gute Kenntnisse bei Beschlägen, Konstruktion und Details, die in der Praxis zählen
• Sicher im CAD (CAD/CAM ist für dich kein Fremdwort)
• Du denkst technisch, rechnest sauber und arbeitest strukturiert
• Du bist kommunikativ und kannst Dinge erklären – auch in Calls/Webinaren
• Social-Media-Affinität: du hast ein Gefühl für gute Inhalte und kannst technische Themen verständlich rüberbringen (Kamera darf, muss aber nicht).
• Drive: Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, mitdenken, verbessern – und lieferst zuverlässig ab
