Aufgaben

• Beratung von Kunden bei der Definition und Implementierung von Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Prozessen und Strategien, unter Verwendung von Jira, SAP Solution Manager und Cloud ALM
• Analyse der bestehenden ALM-Landschaft und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen, sowohl im Jira-, SAP Solution Manager- als auch im Cloud ALM-Umfeld
• Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einführung geeigneter ALM-Tools und -Technologien, insbesondere Jira, SAP Solution Manager und Cloud ALM
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zur Vermittlung von ALM-Kenntnissen an Kunden und Teammitglieder, unter Berücksichtigung der Jira-, SAP Solution Manager- und Cloud ALM-Funktionalitäten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um ihre individuellen Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten, basierend auf Jira, SAP Solution Manager und Cloud ALM
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Fachwissens im Bereich ALM, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Jira, SAP Solution Manager und Cloud ALM

Qualifikation

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Solution Manager Berater oder in verwandten Bereichen des Application Lifecycle Managements
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der ALM-Methoden, -Prozesse und -Tools, insbesondere Jira, SAP Solution Manager und Cloud ALM
• Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Konfiguration des SAP Solution Managers, sowie Jira und Cloud ALM
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Beratungskompetenz
