About This Role
Für ein Kundenunternehmen suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Recruiting.
Die Rolle verbindet operative Rekrutierung, Beratung interner Fachbereiche und eine prozessorientierte Steuerung des Recruiting-Funnels. Gesucht wird eine Person, die Recruiting nicht nur administriert, sondern verbindlich und marktnah steuert.
Aufgaben
- Beratung von Hiring Manager:innen in relevanten Rekrutierungsfragen, etwa zu Arbeitsmarkt, Sourcingkanälen und unterstützenden Personalmarketingmaßnahmen
- Steuerung interner und externer Rekrutierungsprozesse für nicht-akademische Zielgruppen end-to-end
- Überwachung von KPIs und SLAs sowie Ableitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Aktive Steuerung des Rekrutierungstrichters hinsichtlich Qualität, Quantität, Durchlaufzeit, Konversionsrate und Effizienz
- Abstimmung von Vertragsangeboten sowie konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Mitbestimmungsgremien und internen Schnittstellen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse innerbetrieblicher Abläufe und Zusammenhänge im Recruiting
- Gutes Verständnis des deutschen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkts sowie relevanter rechtlicher Grundlagen
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; erste Erfahrung in Projektarbeit ist von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse, Verhandlungsgeschick, Serviceorientierung und ein sicheres Auftreten
Rahmenbedingungen: 37,5 Stunden/Woche, Gleitzeit / Frühschicht, Einsatz im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Die Aufgabe passt gut zu Menschen, die Recruiting operativ belastbar denken und Fachbereiche nicht nur bedienen, sondern wirklich beraten können.
