We don't just follow trends - we lead the transformation.

Tasks

    • Track the entire PR lifecycle, collaborate closely with contributors, monitor review statuses, and manage merge queues to keep our integration pipeline moving fast
    • Conduct technical PR reviews for critical code touching sensor interfaces, robotics pipelines, ROS2 packages, and middleware-related integrations
    • Maintain branching strategy compliance, oversee issue tracking, handle tagging, lead release preparation, and champion ultimate repository hygiene
    • Monitor and maintain our build pipelines, troubleshoot failures, coordinate quick fixes, and support our Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure
    • Proactively identify interface mismatches, untangle dependency issues, and eliminate integration blockers across multi-functional teams
    • Apply your understanding of hardware-facing software, communication stacks, and deployment constraints to streamline reviews and coordination

Requirements

    • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Robotics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
    • At least 4 years of professional experience in robotics software, system integration, or embedded software environments
    • Solid development skills in C++ within Linux environments (exposure to C or scripting languages is a great bonus)
    • Practical, hands-on experience with the ROS2 ecosystem and robotics software integration workflows
    • Deep familiarity with Git-based development, advanced PR review processes, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and automated build systems
    • A strong understanding of sensor integration, middleware concepts, distributed software systems, and standard robotics pipelines (perception, localization, control interfaces).

Nice to have:

    • Understanding of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SPI, I2C, UART)
    • Prior exposure to Embedded systems or RTOS
    • Experience navigating and aligning goals within multi-team or cross-functional environments

Benefits

    • Your professional development is important to us - that's why we cover the costs of further education and training
    • Flexible working hours - with room for the realities of life (parenthood, caregiving responsibilities, voluntary work, etc.)
    • Genuine team spirit: working in teams that drive change forward - no matter how complex and extensive the projects are
    • Whether it's fashion, beauty, travel or culture - you'll receive numerous discounts through our partner Corporate Benefits

The road ahead is being built right now. If you want a hand in shaping it - we'd like to hear from you.

In our new offices, we place great importance on getting to know one another and working together to drive our vision forward. Our international team is growing and working together on this exciting mission. Face-to-face collaboration is the key to success, which is why we have decided not to become a fully remote company.
