Deine Mission
In dieser Rolle bist Du die operative Schaltstelle zwischen Kunden, Entwicklung und Geschäftsführung. Du sorgst dafür, dass Projekte sauber geplant, effizient umgesetzt und konsequent weiterentwickelt werden. Gleichzeitig unterstützt Du den Vertrieb dabei, Chancen strukturiert zu verfolgen und Kundenbeziehungen professionell auszubauen.

Aufgaben

• Steuerung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten von der Pilotphase bis zum Rollout
• Aufbau wiederholbarer Projekt- und Delivery-Prozesse
• Koordination zwischen Kunden, Entwicklungsteam, Geschäftsführung und Partnern
• Vorbereitung, Nachverfolgung und Strukturierung von Kundenterminen, Angeboten und Projektunterlagen
• Identifikation von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Engpässen in laufenden Projekten
• Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in klare interne Aufgaben und Prioritäten
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Standards, Templates und Best Practices für skalierbare Deployments

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im operativen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in B2B-Software, Industrie, Energie, Infrastruktur oder Beratung
• Ausgeprägte Strukturierungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Freude daran, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen und in Umsetzung zu bringen
• Vertriebliche Affinität und Interesse daran, aus erfolgreichen Projekten Folgegeschäft zu entwickeln
• Technisches Grundverständnis für Software-, KI- oder Datenprodukte
• Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung und hohe Verbindlichkeit
