Als Requirements Engineer gestalten Sie bei uns die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Softwareprodukte. Sie analysieren Anforderungen, strukturieren fachliche Bedarfe und übersetzen diese in klare, umsetzbare Spezifikationen für unsere Entwicklungsteams.

Aufgaben

• Sie analysieren fachliche und technische Anforderungen und überführen diese in klare, umsetzbare Spezifikationen
• Sie erarbeiten, zusammen mit den anderen Stakeholdern, die technischen Anforderungen an neue Features und Softwareanpassungen in Form von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien im Jira
• Sie stehen im engen Austausch mit dem Product Owner, dem Produktmanagement und den Entwicklungsteams um Anforderungen zu schärfen und gemeinsame Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Sie behalten bei der Erstellung der User Stories die gesetzlichen und vertraglichen Bestimmungen im Blick und sorgen für deren Einhaltung
• Sie identifizieren Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Prozessen
• Sie übernehmen die interne und externe Dokumentation der Softwareanpassungen im Confluence, sowie das Review und die Abnahme der von Ihnen spezifizierten Softwareanpassungen

Qualifikation

• Sie haben durch Ihre bisherige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis erworben
• Sie haben Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement und sind mit den entsprechenden Tools wie Jira vertraut
• Sie können API-Dokumentationen lesen und API-Anfragen über Postman durchführen, um deren Nutzbarkeit für die zu erstellenden Anwendungen zu überprüfen
• Sie kommunizieren klar und strukturiert mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und können komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darstellen
• Sie haben ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sowie den Anspruch Aufgaben selbstständig und zielgerichtet zu bearbeiten
• Sie reagieren flexibel und souverän auf wechselnde Anforderungen und behalten dabei den Überblick
• Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
