Deine Aufgaben Als Performance Design Manager (m/w/d) entwickelst du hochkonvertierende Creatives für unsere Paid-Kanäle (Meta, TikTok, Google etc.) und gestaltest Kampagnenbanner für unsere Website. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing und dem E-Com-Team zusammen. Gestaltung von Ad Creatives (Static, Video, Animation, UGC) für Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Co.Entwicklung von Kampagnenvisuals für Website, Startseite, Landingpages und PromotionsKI-gestützte Asset-Erstellung & Testing (z. B.
