Aufgaben

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Definition von Anforderungsprofilen und zur Optimierung der Recruiting-Strategie
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Active-Sourcing-Strategien zur Identifikation und Gewinnung von Top-Talenten in der Bauplanungsbranche
• Direkte Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle wie LinkedIn, Xing, StepStone & Co.
• Aufbau und kontinuierliche Pflege eines Talentpools sowie aktives Beziehungsmanagement mit vielversprechenden Kandidaten
• Identifikation und Einsatz innovativer Tools und Methoden zur effektiven Kandidatenrecherche und -ansprache
• Teilnahme an sowie Organisation von Networking-Events, Hochschul- und Karrieremessen zur Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise in einem Konzern oder einer Personalberatung mit Fokus auf technische Berufe / Engineering
• Kreativität und Offenheit für innovative Wege im Talent-Scouting
• Sicherer Umgang mit Sourcing-Tools, dem MS-Office-Paket und idealerweise mit SAP SuccessFactors
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und gutes Gespür für Menschen
• Begeisterung für digitale Trends wie z.B. künstliche Intelligenz im Recruiting
• Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
