Aufgaben

WOFÜR SIE IN IHREM JOB VERANTWORTUNG ÜBERNEHMEN

• Bereitstellung von QHSSE-Unterstützung für die operativen Teams während der Einsätze geophysikalischer und geotechnischer Schiffe.
• Gewährleisten Sie die Einhaltung der QHSSE-Anforderungen von Fugro, den Kunden und den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in allen Phasen des Projektlebenszyklus.
• Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der QHSSE-relevanten Projektdokumentation
• Unterstützt Workshops zu Risikomanagement, Lernen und Notfallvorsorge, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung von QHSSE (Qualität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt) zu erreichen.
• Analyse und berichte über projektspezifische QHSSE-Daten und -Trends; Unterstützung bei der Definition von SMART-Maßnahmen sowie präventiven und korrigierenden Maßnahmen.
• Beteiligung an der Durchführung regelmäßiger Audits (intern und extern) und Inspektionen, einschließlich Vor-Ort-Besuchen auf Schiffen.
• Seien Sie die Schnittstelle zum Kunden für alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit QHSSE.
• Leiten Sie projektspezifische Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsprogramme im Bereich QHSSE, fördern Sie aktiv eine starke Sicherheitskultur und unterstützen Sie die effektive Umsetzung der unternehmensweiten QHSSE-Strategien und -Ziele.

Qualifikation

• Masterabschluss in Geotechnik oder Geophysik, Umweltwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
• Mindestens 5-8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HSE und Projektmanagement; Erfahrung in der Offshore- oder Schifffahrtsindustrie, vorzugsweise im Bereich geotechnischer, geophysikalischer oder seismischer Untersuchungen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Offshore-/Schifffahrtssicherheitsgesetzgebung und anerkannter Branchenstandards; Zertifizierungen wie NEBOSH, IOSH, STCW und/oder BOSIET sind von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit Risikomanagement- und Ursachenanalysemethoden
• Erfahrung in internen und externen Audits ist von Vorteil.
• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (365), Datenbanken und SharePoint; Kenntnisse von HSE-Tools zur Vorfallanalyse sind von Vorteil.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in der Koordination verschiedener Interessengruppen auf Schiffsebene, in Projektteams und bei Kunden, verbunden mit effektiver Zusammenarbeit in multikulturellen und multidisziplinären Umgebungen.
• Bringt proaktive analytische Stärken und klare, selbstbewusste Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, die Lösungsorientierung und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise fördert.
• Reisebereitschaft.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache bevorzugt C1 sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
• Berechtigung zur Beschäftigung in Deutschland sowie Offenheit für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
