Prozessmanager (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit

Aufgaben

• Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Schnittstellen
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität, Kosten und Durchlaufzeiten
• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Soll-Prozessen sowie zugehöriger Prozessdokumentation
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs sowie Analyse von Prozessdaten inkl. Reporting und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen
• Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Einführung digitaler Tools sowie KI-Anwendungen zur Prozessoptimierung
• Mitarbeit und (Teil-)Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Moderation von Workshops und Förderung einer KVP-Kultur

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung sowie im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
• Kenntnisse im Tool BIC Process Design von GBTec wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Methoden und Tools des Prozessmanagements sowie ERP-Systemen
• Grundkenntnisse oder Interesse an modernen Technologien (bspw. KI, Data Analytics) wünschenswert
• Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Organisations-Know-how
• Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
