About This Role

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-04 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the CP-03/GS-05 receiving and processing documents and data/statistical information in accordance with established procedures; reviewing documents and reports for completeness and entering information into an automated tracking system; researching information from various sources and communicating results to Specialists; or similar administrative experience. For the CP-05 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the CP-04/GS-06 receiving and processing documents and data/statistical information in accordance with established procedures; reviewing documents and reports for completeness and entering information into an automated tracking system; assisting in the development and/or implementation of clerical or administrative processes for application within a unit or subdivision; and selecting, evaluating and arranging information from files and other sources for use by others in completing larger reports and projects; or similar administrative experience. For the CP-06 level, you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the CP-05/GS-07 developing and implementing administrative procedures and general policies; analyzing and interpreting information related to administrative functions; entering, updating, and managing data across various systems while addressing and correcting any errors or inconsistencies; completing basic financial tasks in support of the budget process; and independently completing reports and projects for the organization.
