Aufgaben

Als Prokurist (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die kaufmännische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Circle Cube.
Sie tragen maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Standorts bei, entwickeln neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, gewinnen Partner:innen und Kund:innen und führen ein schlankes, leistungsstarkes Team. Gleichzeitig stellen Sie den professionellen Betrieb sicher und entwickeln den Circle Cube als Showroom und Begegnungsort weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Kaufmännische Leitung

• Gesamtverantwortung für Budget, Controlling, Liquidität und Reporting
• Steuerung aller kaufmännischen Prozesse
• Vertragsmanagement und Vorbereitung strategischer Entscheidungen
• Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung

Operative Leitung

• Gesamtverantwortung für Ausstellungs-, Event- und Vermietungsbetrieb
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und professionellen Ablaufs
• Weiterentwicklung von Flächen- und Nutzungskonzepten

Vertrieb & Business Development

• Akquise von Partnern, Sponsoren und Kunden
• Entwicklung neuer Erlösquellen
• Aufbau strategischer Kooperationen

Führung

• Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams
• Gewinnung und Bindung von Talenten
• Förderung einer eigenverantwortlichen und leistungsorientierten Kultur

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in kaufmännischer Führung, Geschäftsleitung oder vergleichbarer unternehmerischer Verantwortung
• Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Akquisestärke
• Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung
• Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative
• Verständnis für Bauwirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft, Kreislaufwirtschaft oder verwandte Branchen
• Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
• Hohe persönliche Integrität, Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und wirtschaftliche Gestaltung
• Bereitschaft und Freude, auch operative Aufgaben selbst zu übernehmen – unabhängig davon, wie groß oder klein diese sind
