Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Als Projektmanager:in in bist du die Schnittstelle zu unseren Kund:innen. Optimal strukturierte Projekte und zufriedene Kund:innen sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Gründern führst du alle Projekte erfolgreich zum Launch.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Designer:innen, Entwickler:innen und Vertrieb.
• Du stellst sicher, dass Projekte termingerecht und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen werden.
• Du führst regelmäßige Meetings mit Kund:innen und Teams, um den Projektfortschritt zu besprechen und eventuelle Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu lösen.
• Du erstellst und pflegst Projektdokumentationen und -berichte.
• Du bringst Deine eigenen Ideen ein und entwickelst Strategien zur Optimierung unserer Projektabläufe.
• Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung.

Qualifikation

Praxiserfahrung

• Min. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der digitalen oder E-Commerce-Branche.

Know-How

• Von Vorteil: Du bringst bereits Vorkentnisse in der Arbeit mit Shopify mit.
• Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Monday, Asana oder ClickUp.

Soft Skills

• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Affinität für (neue) digitale Medien und Technologien.
• Einbringen von Ideen und Innovationen in einem kreativen und kooperativen Umfeld.
