Zur weiteren Professionalisierung unserer zentralen Strukturen suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit im Bereich Projektmanagement Office (PMO), die gemeinsam mit Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen die operative und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Standorte gestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Schlüsselposition arbeiten Sie direkt mit CEO, CFO und COO zusammen und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Steuerung und Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Projekte.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

• Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines professionellen PMO innerhalb einer dynamisch wachsenden MVZ-Gruppe

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Projekte

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Leitungen der Bereiche:

  • Buchhaltung,
  • Lohnbuchhaltung,
  • Personal,
  • Controlling,
  • IT,
  • PKV-/GKV-Abrechnung,
  • M&A und Post Merger Integration (PMI)

• Identifikation, Strukturierung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

• Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Standorte und der Umsetzung operativer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Regelmäßige Besuche unserer Standorte zur eigenständigen Umsetzung von Projekten gemeinsam mit den Regionalgeschäftsführern und ärztlichen Standortverantwortlichen

• Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen sowie Interpretation von BWAs und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen

• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit ärztlichen Standortleitern auf Augenhöhe

• Mitgestaltung und Implementierung digitaler Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei der Integration KI-gestützter Lösungen in operative Abläufe

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Humanmedizin, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem dynamischen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld
• Medizinische Vorkenntnisse oder Erfahrung im ambulanten Gesundheitswesen bzw. MVZ-Umfeld sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
• Sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, BWAs zu lesen, zu interpretieren und adressatengerecht zu besprechen
• Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen, Automatisierung und KI-basierten Anwendungen
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Management, Fachabteilungen und ärztlichen Ansprechpartnern
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Umsetzungsstärke und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
