Die KGS Keller Geräte & Service GmbH ist Hersteller von Baumaschinen und Teil des internationalen Spezial-tiefbau-Konzerns KELLER. Unsere Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind die Entwicklung, Produktion und Reparatur hochmoderner Baugeräte sowie deren Zubehör und Digitalausstattung.

Aufgaben

• Als Projektleiter verwirklichen Sie die zentrale Digitalisierungsstrategie unseres Unternehmens: Der Projektfokus liegt auf der digitalen Transformation von Baumaschinen, einschließlich Datenerfassung, Konnektivität und Integration in digitale Plattformen zwecks digitalem Baustellenmanagement durch unsere Kunden.
• Definition & Umsetzung der Projekt-Roadmap und Meilensteine; Überwachung von Fortschritt, Budget, Risiken & KPIs
• Koordination bereichsübergreifender Teams (Software, Elektrotechnik/SPS, Maschinenbau, Service & Operations)
• Vorantreiben der Entwicklung von Datenerfassungssystemen (DAQ), Maschinenkonnektivität & Schnittstellen sowie digitalen Dienstleistungen
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zu globalen Stakeholdern, Lieferanten, Kunden und sonstigen Projektpartnern

Qualifikation

• Studienabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, ITä. und Erfahrung im Management technischer/ digitaler Projekte
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams
• Fundiertes Verständnis und Interesse für Baumaschinen, IoT und Datensysteme
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten und Reisebereitschaft
