About This Role

Eligibility for this executive level position will be based upon a clear demonstration that the applicant has experience of the scope and quality sufficient to effectively carry out the assignments of the position. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQ) Intelligence Community Senior Officer Core Qualifications (ICSOCQ): Leading the Intelligence Enterprise. This core qualification involves the ability to integrate resources, information, interests, and activities effectively in support of the Intelligence Community's (IC) mission and to lead and leverage cross-organizational collaborative networks to achieve significant mission results. Inherent to this senior officer qualification is a deep understanding of the Intelligence enterprise and a shared commitment to the IC's core values. TQ 1. Demonstrated ability to assure GEOINT superiority through development, acquisition, integration, sustainment, and evolution of mission-critical GEOINT information technology applications and services within acquisition program baseline cost, schedule and performance constraints. TQ 2. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships and provide critical capabilities in support GEOINT or equivalent missions using enterprise-level common services directly from the organization or as a service from partners in intelligence, defense, or allied sectors. TQ 3. Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior organizational leaders, partners, and program oversight to define, develop, modernize, deliver and sustain critical IT capabilities in support of a broad range of GEOINT or equivalent mission areas as prioritized by stakeholders and mission owners. TQ 4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an agile IT organization that enables access, collaboration, exploitation, and consumption of GEOINT or equivalent data for large enterprises and partners. TQ 5: Demonstrated experience developing an IT workforce and aligning acquisition and service programs to organizational technology strategies. TQ 6: Demonstrated ability to embrace, implement and promote the principles of agile software development and agile acquisition to accelerate capability delivery, facilitate innovation and improve customer satisfaction. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory technical qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a workforce of skilled technical personnel to include government civilian, military employees and contractors and be accountable for the accomplishment of these responsibilities and the associated execution of a substantial budget. 2. Demonstrated experience leading IT development and implementation in an unclassified industry environment. 3. Demonstrated experience working in a DoW joint service environment and delivering enhanced IT warfighting services and software applications. 4. Demonstrated experience delivering improved IT capabilities across multiple IC and DoW agencies, military services and with Allied partners.
