• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform– mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Nutzererlebnis und technische Exzellenz
• Dabei pflegst und priorisierst Du Deinen Product-Background stellst sicher, dass Anforderungen klar beschrieben und visualisiert sind
• Du entwickelst User Stories, die echten Mehrwertschaffen, und bewegst Dich nah an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden
• Du steuerst die Umsetzung im Team, begleitest Releases und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Produkts
• Du setzt KI-Tools gezielt im Produktentwicklungsprozess sein – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Backlog-Pflege bis hin zur Releaseplanung– und treibst damit Geschwindigkeit und Qualität im Team voran

Deine Stärken

• Als Product Owner (gn) im digitalen Umfeld konntest Du bereits umfassende Praxiserfahrung sammeln
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischer oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung bildet die Grundlage für diese Rolle
• Ein Masterabschluss oder eine vergleichbare weiterführende Qualifikation ist dabei von Vorteil
• Du bringst ein Verständnis für digitale Architekturen, APIs und Web-Technologien mit, um die Machbarkeit einzuschätzen
• Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern ergreifst die Initiative – dabei suchst Du nach Lösungen, denkst unternehmerisch und bringst eine ausgeprägte „Bias for Action" mit
• Eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Dich rasch in digitale Produkte und Prozesse einzuarbeiten, diese kritisch zu hinterfragen und verständlich aufzubereiten, zeichnen Dich aus
• Eine präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ein stark ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Detailbewusstsein sorgen für den Fokus auf Qualität und Termine
• Moderation liegt Dir: Du kannst zwischen Menschen vermitteln und verstehst sowohl die technische als auch die Business-Perspektive
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisserunden Dein Profil ab

Du hast KI-Tools bereits praktisch im Product Lifecycle eingesetzt – das ist für uns ein klarer Vorteil. Das kann zum Beispiel bedeuten:

• Du nutzt Prompting und generative KI(z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) zur Erstellung von User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien oder Releasenotizen
• Du hast Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Backlog-Analyse oder der Auswertung von Nutzerfeedback mithilfe von KI-Tools
• Du kennst die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von KI in der Produktentwicklung und kannst Dein Team darin begleiten, KI sinnvoll einzusetzen
• Du bringst ein Grundverständnis für KI-Produktfeatures mit (z. B. wie man sinnvolle KI-Features definiert, bewertet und priorisiert)
• Kein Muss, aber ein echter Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineering, KI-basierten Automatisierungen oder der Evaluation von KI-Outputs im Produktkontext
