Deine Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenplattform und BI-Frontends.
• Du leitest Datenprodukt- und Reportingprojekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung und bist dabei Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
• Du gestaltest die strategische Ausrichtung der Data Platform im Hinblick auf Data Governance und Datenstrategie.
• Du baust organisatorische Strukturen zum Stakeholder- und Anforderungsmanagement auf und entwickelst diese weiter.
• Du bringst neue Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität und innovative Lösungen.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb von Datenplattformen (z. B. Databricks) und BI-Frontends (z. B. Power BI).
• Du bringst Kenntnisse in Terraform, Azure, Python und Gitlab CI/CD mit.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Data Architecture- und Data Governance-Konzepten.
• Du verstehst, wie Daten und Geschäftserfolg miteinander verbunden sind, insbesondere im E-Commerce oder Marketing.
• Du bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig, eigenverantwortlich und begeisterst Teams auch ohne disziplinarische Führung.
