Aufgaben

• Du konzipierst, entwickelst und pflegst BI-Lösungen sowie Datenmodelle in SAC und stellst dabei Datenqualität und -konsistenz sicher
• Dabei definierst und implementierst du einheitliche KPI- und Datenstandards im Controlling und fungierst als Schnittstelle zum Backend
• Du entwickelst und verantwortest KPI-Templates, baust eine zentrale KPI-Bibliothek auf und sorgst für eine einheitliche Interpretation in Reports und Dashboards
• Du gestaltest ein unternehmensweites Informationsmodell sowie einen BI- und Reporting-Styleguide für konsistente Visualisierung und Struktur
• Du automatisierst Reports, entwickelst interaktive Dashboards und etablierst Self-Service-BI-Lösungen für Fachbereiche
• Du treibst Advanced Analytics und KI-Use-Cases voran, identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und unterstützt Anwender durch Schulungen und Dokumentation

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL (mit Analytics-/IT-Schwerpunkt), Data Science, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Idealerweise bringst du 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in Controlling, Finance BI, Data Analytics oder Business Intelligence mit
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP-basierten Analytics-Lösungen (z. B. BW, BPC, SAC)
• Der Umgang mit gängigen BI-Tools wie Power BI, Tableau oder SAP Analytics Cloud ist dir vertraut
• Ein gutes Verständnis für KPIs, Controlling-Logiken und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zeichnet dich aus
• Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch sowie gut auf Englisch
