TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ#1. Knowledge of engineering and science theories and practices as they relate to cybersecurity machinery control, ship control, steering control, damage control, Hull Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) networks and condition monitoring systems. TQ#2. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate diverse technical efforts across the Department in order to manage, guide, and evaluate large, significant, and high visibility engineering programs to ensure operational readiness of the fleet.
