About This Role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical guidance on facility support programs (i.e., public works products and services delivery systems, facilities operations and maintenance, facility planning principles, programming, scheduling); 2) Planning and Executing budgets and resources for facilities support programs; 3) Leading, assisting and directing subordinate at lower echelon commands in determining program-directed or customer driven Facility Support Contract work requirements; 4) Reviewing/planning work methods and processes, comprehensive understanding of acquisition processes, metrics and other collected data to ensure quality products and services are delivered, or to identify opportunities to reduce costs and/or increase productivity; and 5) Monitoring the utilization of resources against execution plans, reviewing for overall consistency, potential problem areas, deficiency situations or areas of imbalance and formulates required adjustments to maintain a balanced program.
