Je nach Schwerpunkt arbeitest du an strategischen Analysen, technischen Workflows oder datengetriebenen AI-Lösungen und unterstützt uns dabei, Pflegia noch effizienter und skalierbarer zu machen.

Aufgaben

• Business Analyst: Du analysierst interne Prozesse und Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Lösungen für Wachstum, Effizienz und operative Verbesserungen ab.
• Automation Engineer: Du analysierst manuelle Prozesse, entwickelst Automatisierungslösungen und setzt diese für effizientere Workflows mit passenden Tools um.
• Applied AI Engineer: Du entwickelst und verbesserst AI Systeme und Agenten und hilfst somit dabei, datenbasiert operative Prozesse intelligenter zu gestalten.

Qualifikation

• Business Analyst: Du hast ein starkes analytisches Verständnis, arbeitest strukturiert mit Daten und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und verständlich aufbereiten. Dazu hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SQL gesammelt.
• Automation Engineer: Du bringst technisches Interesse mit, denkst prozessorientiert und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools, APIs oder No-Code-/Low-Code-Lösungen.
• Applied AI Engineer: Du interessierst dich für Künstliche Intelligenz, bringst ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis mit und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Python, LLMs und AI-gestützten Tools.
