Aufgaben

• Daten bewegen & transformieren: Extraktion, Transformation und Laden (ETL) von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen
• Data Warehousing: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Data-Warehouse-Lösungen, von kleinen Systemen bis zur zentralen Plattform auf Microsoft Fabric
• Analysieren & visualisieren: Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Design aussagekräftiger Reports und Dashboards
• Strukturen & Modelle bauen: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Datenmodellen und -strukturen für optimale Datenverarbeitung
• Mit KI arbeiten: Nutzung moderner Technologien zur Datenanalyse und Mustererkennung
• Datengetriebene Entscheidungen ermöglichen: Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, um mit Daten echten Mehrwert zu schaffen

Qualifikation

• Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Technischen BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in den Bereichen Informatik, Data Science, Statistik oder Mathematik
• anwendungssichere Kenntnisse in SQL (Abfragen, Optimierung, Entwicklung)
• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Data-Warehouse-Strukturen (Star Schema, Snowflake)
• Praxiserfahrung mit Power BI (Datenmodelle, DAX, Visualisierung)
• erste Erfahrung in ETL-Prozessen; von Vorteil: Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft Fabric oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität, Problemlösungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative
