Zur Unterstützung unseres Wachstums suchen wir ab sofort einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Bereich Growth Marketing & Performance Marketing.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen
• Analyse und Optimierung von Conversion Funnels und Landingpages
• Unterstützung bei der Nutzergewinnung und Retention
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Marketing- und Growth-Strategien
• Analyse von Nutzerverhalten sowie Auswertung relevanter KPIs
• Unterstützung bei A/B-Tests und Conversion-Optimierungen
• Mitarbeit im Bereich UI/UX-Optimierung unserer Plattform und Marketingseiten
• Unterstützung bei SEO-, Content- und Paid-Marketing-Maßnahmen
• Beobachtung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Growth-Trends

Qualifikation

• Optional: Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaft, Medien, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• Pflichtpraktikum, Praxissemester oder freiwilliges Praktikum
• Interesse an Startups, digitalen Produkten und E-Commerce
• Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Interesse an Themen wie Performance Marketing, Conversion Optimierung, Funnels und User Experience
• Bestenfalls bereits praktikische Erfahrungen oder gar eine Selbstständigkeit in dem Bereich
