Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung von Social- und Influencer-Kampagnen für unterschiedliche Social-Media-Kanäle

• Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du kreative Content-Strategien, die nicht nur unsere Kunden überzeugen, sondern auch auf Social Media wirklich funktionieren

• Du sammelst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Skripten und Copywriting für Social-Media-Formate (Hooks, Captions, Storylines)

• Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von Bildwelten mit und unterstützt bei Bildbearbeitung sowie der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Shootings

• Du recherchierst visuelle Trends, Plattform-Features und kreative Best Practices und bringst diese aktiv in Ideenprozesse ein

• Du beteiligst dich an der kreativen Ideenentwicklung für Kundenkampagnen und lernst, Konzepte in umsetzbare Inhalte zu übersetzen

Qualifikation

• Du bist eingeschrieben in einem Studium im Bereich Design, Medien, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Fach und absolvierst im Rahmen deines Studiums ein (Pflicht-)Praktikum

• Alternativ hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in Content Creation, Design oder Social Media gesammelt

• Erste Kenntnisse in Tools der Adobe Creative Cloud (z. B. Photoshop, Premiere Pro oder After Effects) sowie Canva und CapCut sind von Vorteil

• Du begeisterst dich für Social Media und kennst aktuelle Trends, Formate und Plattform-Mechaniken auf Instagram und TikTok

• Du interessierst dich für die Entwicklung von Social-Media-Content und hast idealerweise bereits ein Verständnis für unterschiedliche Content-Formate und deren Performance

• Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und hast gleichzeitig Lust, eng im Team mitzuwirken

• Erste Erfahrungen bei Shootings oder in der Content-Produktion sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
